1. Transaction Advisory Services: assist and support the partners in transactions such as outright sales, joint ventures, joint development, capital structuring etc. The company helps businesses connect with private equity funds, risk capital providers, and financial institutions to support their growth. The company also offer advice on corporate real estate matters, helping to structure and finalize transactions efficiently.

2. Fund and Asset Management: includes providing growth capital, project financing, or special situation funding to developers, and asset management for Alternative Investment Funds focused on the real estate and infrastructure sector. As of date, we manage four schemes under the subsidiaries, step-down subsidiaries, and associate companies through SEBI, IFSC, and DIFC-registered AIFs
