About The Company
Nisus Finance Services Co Limited is a company established in 2013 that offers all-rounded financial services, including Transaction Advisory, Fund and Asset Management, Private Equity, Venture Debt, and Capital Solutions for corporate clients. The company operates in two main segments:
1. Transaction Advisory Services: It provides outright sales, joint ventures, capital structuring, and corporate real estate transactions, linking businesses with private equity funds and financial institutions.
2. Fund and Asset Management: Provides growth capital, project finance, and asset management services to SEBI, IFSC, and DIFC registered Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). Its assets under management comprise four schemes: Real Estate Special Opportunities, Credit Opportunities, among others.
With approximately ₹1,000 crore (FY2024) AUM in real estate and infrastructure, Nisus Finance Services generates its revenues from fund management fees. Three offices in January 2024 were managed: two located within India, the other international.
